Mass-changing Domain Administrator Accounts

When migrating many sites from an Ensim server to a new Plesk server, the domain administrator accounts are created with default permissions (read: next to no permission to manage their domain). Is there any way to mass-change the domain administrator accounts so they have a predefined set of permissions, or barring that, a way to assign them permissions during the migration?
