• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Master SSL and sharing

New Pleskian
Hi,
I hope someone can guide with this, we are new to Plesk and its latest ver. 12.5, if i am correct, Master SSL cert is to use for sharing with rest of the domains installed on the server?

Couple of issues:

1. I have installed trusted authority cert on mysrv.mydomain.com and see the way to activate the shared SSL on any configured domain with plesk panel, but occasionally it keeps breaking, SSL cert completely removes itself form the list of certs installed! i have to re install and re activate it for the server and domains?

2. How can a Master ssl cert be used for rest of the server services such as IMAP, POP3, SMTP etc.?

Any help would greatly be appreciated!

best regards
