Max. number of mailboxes problem

Hello,

I have a strange problem, I have set the maximum number of mailboxes for a domain to 1 but I still can make more mailboxes for this domain. Also the clients max mailbox has been set to 1 so that can't be the problem.

And again this board doesn't attache the file
