Issue Max Var Error

jarrodm08

New Pleskian
Im really new to this so excuse me if this ends up being a simple fix.
I searched to fix the Maximum Input Vars: 1000 error after applying the jupiter wordpress theme.
i found you just need to add a few lines of code to the bottom of php.ini right?
Well, im watching a webinar and the guy says "now there is one more step" and has you go into the .htaccess file and change the suphp configpath from "/home/USER/public_html" replacing user with his cpanel username and then thats it, his error for the max var goes away. However, I'm using Godaddy and do not have public_html. I have httpdocs (The equivalent of public_html) though nowhere in plesk windows am I able to see an absolute path to httpdocs. Some places say its "home/domain/httpdocs" others say different. Ive found 6 different answers as to what the directory is and I can't find one that makes the error go away. So just entering the lines of code into php.ini for increasing max var, does not solve the error and i speculate it has to do with the htaccess file. Anyone able to help me out?

What about applying needed php parameters in domain's PHP Settings in Plesk UI? You can do it in Additional configuration directives for example.

I saw this suggestion before though I do not believe I have a section labeled "additional configuration directives"
