Memory allocation error

customer gets the following error when downloading new pic in SB:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to
allocate 12939637 bytes) in
/usr/local/sitebuilder/include/SB/Modules/Transport/Client/Socket.php
on line 361

What can I do? Is this an Apache settings, a limit of SB?

This is a php.ini setting. If you use SB 4, try to change memory_limit setting in the /usr/local/sitebuilder/etc/php.ini file.
