• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Memory Increase not detected by Control Panel

I have CP 9.5 running within a VMWare ESX 4.x environment that has 12GB of RAM assigned to the Virtual Machine. The CP is running on Windows 2008 Standard Edition. The Windows 2008 sees the 12GB of RAM that is available but the CP only sees 4.0GB which was the value before the memory increase.

How do i get the CP to detect the memory increase without having to re-install the CP ?

Thanks..

Mary

Hi

I have not much idea but you need not re-install CP.

"Windows 2008 Standard Edition 32 bit has " 4 GB capability but Windows 2008 Standard Edition 64 has more RAM so if you have 64 bit OS then you need to contact Plesk , is your Plesk panel 64 bit compatible ?

hope this helps
