Messages does not get into Inbox

I am facing this problem, I create my email accounts and open them using my webmail (Horde or AtMail), but in none of them the incoming messages get into the Inbox, but if I get them using Outlook all messages come normally.

What should I be doing wrong? (would be anything in my Linux Mail configuration?)

My server configuration:
Plesk da Parallels 9.5.4
Linux 2.6.26-2-xen-amd64
GenuineIntel, Intel(R) Xeon(R)CPU L5520 @ 2.27GHz

Are you sure outlook does not delete them before you can see them in webmail? Try closing outlook and send your self a test email, check in webmail before you open outlook.
