Messed up psa/admin/conf dir

I messed up my php.ini file in my usr/local/psa/admin/conf directory trying to reinstall ZendOptimizer and now I can't get into Plesk at all. All that comes up is a blank screen. I'm running 8.2.1 (the upgrade is what broke ZendOptimizer).

I don't have a backup of the file... what's the easiest way to restore? If someone just sent me their file, would I be able to just replace my damaged one with theirs? If so, can someone please send me one.
