Micro-updates update reversed

Good day,
It seems that i am stuck with version 11.5.30 #32. I have tried update through the panel and shell as well and after succesful update that was done yesterday which was showing the latest version 11.5.30 #39, this morning the panel shows again 11.5.30 #32

I have to mention that this situation is going on for a while.

What is there to do ?

Have you tried to run

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base

and then check content of /root/.autoinstaller/microupdates.xml file?
