Migrate All from Plesk 7.5.6 to Plesk 8.6

I have Plesk 7.5.6 for Windows server running 300 domains. I wish to migrate to a new machine. What new version of Plesk I should install? I wish to restore the backup if Plesk 7.5.6 to a newer version of Plesk. How it is possible? What actions I should take on both new and old server. Please advise ASAP.
