Migrate from 9.5 to 10.3.1

Recently my old server with Plesk 9.5 died and I have a backup from Plesk 9.5. I install Debian 6 with Plesk 10.3.1. I tried to restore the backup with Plesk 10.3.1 with the gui, I am login with the admin user name. I transfer the old backup with the GUI also, every time I tried to restore the Backup I receive this error : Cannot restore a non-Power-User backup in Power User view. What I'm doing wrong. Any way I can restore from the command prompt.

Found the answer

Thanks I found the answer to this problem. Change the interface view. Easy solution.
