i get a blank screen wehen i reload the Plesk Panel !

Also Reboot is without effect !

I have issue with command line utility which is linked to the one you're talking about.

ERROR: PleskFatalException
Internal error: [Account::getPassword] can't decrypt password to be plain.

0: common_func.php3:146
psaerror(string 'Internal error: [Account::getPassword] can't decrypt password to be plain.')
1: class.Account.php:82
Account->getPassword()

Do you know when it will be solved ?

Thanks,

Léo

Problem with "can't decrypt password to be plain" was fixed in Plesk 10.x version.

I have two servers on 9.5.4 version
1 ) 9.5.4 CentOS 5 95101209.08
2 ) 9.5.4 Debian 5.0 95101209.05

1 ) encrypted passwords working fine
2 ) not working.

I have more than 1000 clients hosted, for now I can't upgrade to 10.X
Is there any way to make it work with 9.5.4 version, I really need to use it ...

Thanks,

L.

Is this the fix for the password decryption bug? If not - is there a Confixx migration assistant in Plesk 10?
