Migrate from Helm

I have several domains on a Windows 2003 server under Helm and would like to migrate them to Plesk 8.1 on Linux. The PMM is not real clear on how this is done. Is there a document that I could follow that might illuminate me ? Better yet, has anyone done this before ?
