• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE

Plesk 10.0.1 CentOS 5.5 x86_64

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Migrate a user account & their suspended domain from Plesk 9

ACTUAL RESULT

Domain is migrated successfully but is not visible anywhere in the control panel. You can login as the user account but cannot do anything because an error says it's suspended.

EXPECTED RESULT

Admin should be able to view all resources on the server and do anything with them. This is not the case.

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

How can I manually unsuspend via the database? Need to get this going today.

Did you try to unsuspend it with

/usr/local/psa/bin/domain --webspace-on <susbcription-name>

?

I just tried the command. The domain is no longer suspended but it still does not show up in the list of webspaces.
