• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Migrated Email User = None

New Pleskian
All the e-mail accounts I migrated are assigned to no user. When I go to create user, the options are create an email account on the domain and external email address. I'm currently using a bogus external address for login as I was afraid selecting the option to create an account, would delete and re-create the existing e-mail account. Should I just use the create account option and it will use that account without recreating it, or will it error out saying there is an existing account already. If the latter, is there any way to get around this other than having to use some other e-mail address?
