  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Both PMM's are synchronized
Both PMM's were able to perform migration from older Plesk Panel
Port 22 open
Iptables / firewall switched off

However:
ERROR: No migration agents found. Data migration is not available.

What to do?

trying to submit a support request is a nightmare - so I gave up

Migration from new Plesk version to previous version is impossible.

huh
you can't be serious!
how should I move my domains from this server with 10.2.0 to the one with 9.5.3

Just upgrade destination server to 10.2 version and perform migration.
Plesk 10 and Plesk 9 has absolutely different internal architecture and database structure. Therefore you can perform migration from 9 version to 10 version but not vice versa.

I think this is an outrage!
Have you ever heard about backwards compatibility?

Most hosting providers supply access to 9.x Plesk Panels
I decided to use Plesk 10.x for my new dedicated server and now I am stuck.
Once moved a domain to this server and you can't go back anymore.

What kind of company policy is this?
