Migrating from 8.6 to 11.0.9

Im trying to move from my old provider which is currently using plesk 8.6 to my new provider which is running 11.0.9 using the migration manager.

this is the error:

rsync execution error: Unknown error (255).
Stderr is:

ssh: connect to host 89.107.56.25 port 22: Connection timed out
rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (0 bytes received so far) [receiver]
rsync error: unexplained error (code 255) at io.c(600) [receiver=3.0.6]


Im guessing this is a timeout issue with my old plesk 8.6 server. I have tried even copying to a cpanel server using cpanels migration tool but i get a similar error to do with time out. I know its not down to the size of any of the accounts im trying to copy as the one im using as a test is 100mb including mail.

any help would be great...

Have you checked ssh connection possibility from Plesk 11 to Plesk 8 as root?
