Question Migrating Plesk installation to a new PC/server

I have Plesk Onyx installed on an outdated HP desktop.

I ordered a new, modern PC with much more up-to-date hardware.

I realize I can install Plesk on that new machine and use Migration Manager to move our domains over.

But is there a way to move the entire Plesk installation over? (such that we retain general settings, licenses, etc)
