migrating sites to Plesk 10 - wordpress not installed properly

I am migrating sites from Plesk 7 to Plesk 10. Everything works fine except the wordpress installation. the main site is a static site with WP is installed in a subdirectory. All the files and the Database are there but only the home page of the WP blog is working, although its not seeing the CSS. All links from this page are broken with 404 errors.

Does anyone know how to migrate the sites so it works as I have another 6 sites to migrate using WP
