Now, my apache + mail system seems to work ok (my websites are up), but plesk web admin can't be accessed.

any idea of what to do in such case ?

thanks

Florent

i see that i have a backup file named /var/lib/psa/dumps/mysql.daily.dump.0.gz that seems to be an automatically generated mysql dump file with a date of yesterday...

So maybe could i restore the "mysql" mysql database using this dump and retry the upgrade autotinstaller ?

Florent

is there such an automatic backup for psa database too ?

where ?

PS : the only backup i have seems to be a domain specific backup...it's a backup i had scheduled in the web gui for my only domain hosted on the plesk server...

Thanks

Florent

Well I am no Guru- But I think there is a bug within the latest update- That has to do with the httpd_log_d not defined.

When the update occurs everyone is getting these errors along with the drweb error. (- Which is solvable by disabling the service)

Error: HTTPD_LOG_D not defined
Error: HTTPD_LOG_D not defined
Error: HTTPD_LOG_D not defined
Error: HTTPD_LOG_D not defined
Error: HTTPD_LOG_D not defined
Error: HTTPD_LOG_D not defined

I really hope someone can help with this issue.
heres a thread touching on it -

and another I just created-

ok plesk support has been really good when they started to work on my problem ;-))

thanks t othem !

Florent

Did you pay plesk support for it or the free support fixed that?
