Migration from 9.3.0 to 9.5.2 Ubuntu 8.04 LTS

Hi..
I use Ubuntu 8.04 LTS 32bit with plesk 9.3.0.

Now I want to upgrade to 9.5.2 version but I have this error:

Reading package lists...
ERROR: Failed to check whether a new license key is available.
Not all packages were installed.
Please, contact product technical support.

I have check my license key and the status is up-to-date

I don't know the problem....any idea?
