Migration from Cpanel 10 to Plesk 8

Hello,
Iam new to migration issue. I dont know where to start. Ia want to migrate my accounts from old server with cpanel to new server with plesk. Where can i find migration manager?...

Log into plesk and click on server. then click on "migration manager"... You will need root or su access to the cpanel box, but lately the migration manager has done a pretty good job.
