Hi all,
I've been battling this for about three weeks now and I'm at my wits end. Seems everytime I resolve one problem, another one comes up. I think I'm close, but there's what I think is one final hurdle to get over...
I'm able to connect to my Ensim server and choose which domains I want to bring in. It was a nightmare to have to go back to Ensim and change all my admin names because there could only be one of the same, but I got through that. Now what's happening is when the domains are being built in Plesk I'm getting the following errors:
Execution of /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/domain.php --update xxxxxxxx.com -hosting true -hst_type phys -ip xxx.xx.xxx.xxx -webstat true -login bb -passwd failed with return code 1.
Stderr is
An error occured during domain update: error in hosting updating: Unable to update hosting preferences: system user update is failed: Unable to create system user: usermng: PAM password change failed: 20, Authentication token manipulation error
and
Execution of /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/domain.php --update xxxxxxxx.com -hosting true -hst_type phys -ip xxx.xx.xxx.xxx -webstat true -login bab -passwd -shell /usr/local/psa/bin/chrootsh failed with return code 1.
Stderr is
An error occured during domain update: error in hosting updating: Unable to update hosting preferences: system user update is failed: Unable to create system user: usermng: PAM password change failed: 20, Authentication token manipulation error
Two different errors that appear to be very similar, the last half of the message is the same.
I've seen posts that discuss adding "dump-version" code to EnsimX.xsl, which I tried, unsuccessfully (it appears that was fixed around v8.4), but can't find anything else.
The other thing about this is that the domain is created, mailboxes are created, files are downloaded and sit in an archive folder for migrations, but the files aren't moved to where they need to be, the hosting isn't set up properly and I haven't been able to figure out how to unarchive them (the files don't have an extension, .tar, .gz, nothing).
Also, interestingly, the first domain I brought over worked fine. I did one and it came over, files were put where they needed to be, everything was good (other than the mysql tables, but that's minor). When I went to do the others in batch I got errors about the unique username (all my Ensim usernames are the same since they are all my domains). Since then I can't migrate any domains without these errors...
Any ideas? Thanks!
