Migration Ip address not found

I have changed my IP address from dedicated to shared but its show me IP address not found can any one help

Can you please let us know where are getting "IP address not found" massages ? Are you able to see your IP in Plesk >>Tools & Settings>>IP addresses management ?

Yes i can see my ip in

Plesk >>Tools & Settings>>IP addresses management

70.32.xxx.xxx (shared) 255.255.255.255 venet0

basically i am on hosting.com and i want to migrate my data to media temple. The error is showed in migration tool when i enter server ip and password.
Cpanel TO Plesk

Solved i have switched my source server ip to shared, from WHM (Basic cPanel & WHM Setup)
Source server Shared IP will serve with destination server Shared IP
