Migration Manager Missing = Virtualization $$$?

Could the missing migration tools have anything to do with parallels not wanting to make it too easy for people to virtualize their servers, thus creating incoming in their VM sector?

So, til then, it would be nice to get some input on *working* methods in which one could migrate a server to a new machine as I badly need to do this.
