migration move fails, without any error.

Hi,

I am trying to move server from migration manager however there is a error after following this steps :

1. login to destination server in plesk
2. started migration manager.
3. I got a page of list of domain which has to moved. (this prove that migration client is working fine at sorce server).
4. selected some domin and started migration.
5. after a while we get a error saying migtaion fail, there is no error on error box.

Did you tried to find a reason in Plesk migration manager logs here - %plesk_dir%\PMM\logs ?

Which is the main log file, in which i will be looking ? as there are lots of logs in that dir.

Try to find actual logs by date. If you cant find it - contact Parallels support team.

Here are some things that I found that helped me out when I was receiving a blank error after an attempted migration.

1. Stop and restart the Plesk agent on the source server.
2. Do a backup of the domain on the source server to verify the integrity of the data which is being migrated.
3. Verify that there isnt any network issues or that there are any rogue or run-away processes that are running on either the source or destination server.

Hi,

We tried that, We also noted that the migration fail when the status at migration manager become "Transferring Data ".
When logged into source server we found the backup is created on source server but did not moved to new server.
