Migration Problem plesk 8.2 linux - 8.3 windows please help

When I try to migrate from my fc7 dedicated server to windows server 2008 i get this

Source host infoSource hosting platform: No hosting platforms available for migrating data to Plesk were detected.
I'll include my log file:
I think it's a ssh problem, anyone have an idea thanks a lot.
