Migration problem

I am experiencing a problem during migration to another server!
My old server had a license key for 30 domains including Wordpress Toolkit!
My new server has a default license for 10 domains without Wordpress Toolkit!
Both servers use the latest version of plesk!
Default license is OK for me but when I trying to migrate a get the following issue:
"The following objects will not be restored on the destination server because of license key restrictions: Please install on the destination server another license key that supports WordPress Toolkit."

I switched off Wordpress Toolkit from old server (through panel.ini) but the issue exists!

Any ideas?
