Hi,
Is it just me or is Plesk 10 the most convoluted piece of software? we have had nothing but negative comments from our customers about it.
Anyhow, I am trying to migrate a reseller from one server to another, but cant do it using the migration manager.
Where is the option to backup a reseller and all his customers/domains?
Using the upload backup facility on the new server results in either a 404 error or a server error page. The backup is only 128MB. Where can I place the xml.zip files on the destination server so they are read by the backup system?
