Minimal OS requirements for installation

WilfriedS

New Pleskian
I'm running Version 10.0.1 on CentOS 5.5 i386 and it works quite well. For security resaons I only want to have installed the absolutelly necessary parts of the OS. But I'm not sure what the necessary parts are and I connot find any hints in the handbooks. At the moment I have installed the following packets with the installation of CentOS.
- Webserver
- DNS
- FTP
- Mail
- MySQL
- Sever Configuration Tools
- Text based Internet
- Editors
- Basic System
What could I ev. leave away?

Thank you in advance for your hints.

You dont need to install this packages. its better you let the plesk installer install the things plesk needs. so best way is make a clean install of your server remove all software you dont want. after this run plesk installer and it will install plesk and all necessary system packages
