• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

YOUR EXPECTATIONS FROM PLESK SERVICE TEAM

Confirm bug

Thank you for the report. Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce the issue on a test environment.

With that said, it is likely something triggered by the specific setup of the server. If possible, please get in touch with our support team so they can further investigate the matter.

@Bitpalast, I just wanted to let you know that our team was able to reproduce the issue now. It looks like the same only appears when Apache restart interval is set to 60 or more seconds. The bug is identified with ID PPPM-14623 and a fix will be introduced in one of the future releases. If you have upgraded to 18.0.64 the issue should no longer appear for 60 or 1500 seconds.
