• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I've been having problem with Dr Web because it suddenly stop working.

I have reinstalled couple of times and just realise that the key file is missing!!!

Does anybody know how to get the key file? Is there any key generator that I have to run to get the key?

Please help.

1. Get it from a recent backup.

2. Contact SWSoft to get a replacement (or your host provider)

If you are referring to the actual key from DrWeb, then you'll have to contact them. The Plesk key is only to allow the control panel GUI to allow you to configure DrWeb items, it is not the same as the (quite expensive) license key from the DrWeb authors which converts the 'free' DrWeb with 15 user limit, to the paid version.
