  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.

Missing email boxes after pleskrestore

After a complete restore of my plesk 8 server I found that some email boxes were missing. It happens when a client has multiple domains, for instance

client 1 has domains
mydomain1.com
mydomain2.com

For both domains there exists an emailbox info@, so [email protected] and [email protected] both wih different passwords. Everything works fine, both boxes receive email etc. But when I restore these boxes one of them disappears. In plesk 7.5 I had the simmilar problem, there the restore gave an error, something like duplicate mail name for client.

What can I do restore my second email box?
