Missing menu in template "personal-007"

In template personal-007, the menu on the right hand side is showing in the template preview, but it is showing as blank frame in site preview and published live site.

I have tried to include different pages in the menu and move account to a different server, but it is still showing as blank frame. Could anyone shed a light?
