Missing Wordpress Toolkit

Hi, I've just installed Plesk 12 on a new server but my wordpress toolkit is missing from the left menu, it used to appear under server management but it is missing on the new server, please see screenshots

cant see it to install under extensions or app/updates

Any help much appreciated
