Miva won't work

Regular Pleskian
With Plesk 9.5.4 we can't run /usr/bin/mivavm - it just errors with a missing file:

Configuration Error: Error loading configuration library: Unable to locate/load libmivaconfig.so<br>Please contact the server administrator: webmaster@localhost

There's also no file on the server named libmivaconfig.so.

I'm just trying to start mivavm to determine the version of Miva Empresa installed with Plesk.

Can anyone help please?
