Modify Plesk Windows Login Page (Ver 11.5.3)

HI

I want to modify (or perferably remove) below line from Plesk login page (/login_up.php3)

"1999-2013. Parallels IP Holdings GmbH. All rights reserved" to something to show our company information. I checked the login_up.php3 and it seems to compiled format (show garbage characters).

Is there a way i can change this ?
