Modify Wordpress APS package in Plesk12

Noturns

Regular Pleskian
I would like to upload a custom Wordpress to my server.
At the moment i'm still trying to figure out how it works, because this is new for me...

Is it is possible to do the following?

- Download the Wordpress APS package from Plesk
- Unpack the package
- Copy WP-Theme and WP-Plugins into the new custom APS package
- Zip Wordpress APS package to filename-custom.zip
- Upload Wordpress APS package to Plesk
- Create a wordpress site with filename-custom package

Found interesting article how packages work
http://doc.apsstandard.org/2.1/_downloads/package-format-specification-12.pdf

and the online help documentation
http://download1.parallels.net/Ples...inistrator-guide/index.htm?fileName=68933.htm

However i can't find the APS package location in Plesk 12 in order to download an existing package

Hello,

Plesk uses external application catalog as a source of APS packages.
You can browse and download available applications here: http://dev.apsstandard.org/apps/

In general your way looks ok, but please note that APS zip archive also contains information about all files included to the package (this information is used to deploy application on hosting).
So if you will add new package content you should also modify this file.

Check this portal: http://apsstandard.org/
It contains all necessary information to develop packages.
