ModSecurity Error

Hi Community,

I found this error in my panal about one week after installing ModSecurity:

Fehler: Der ModSecurity-Regelsatz konnte nicht aktualisiert werden: modsecurity_ctl failed: <urlopen error [Errno -2] Name or service not known> Unable to download tortix rule set

Looks like the service is not installed. Has anyone a solution?

Thank you so much, used

sudo dpkg -r mod_security plesk-modsecurity-crs plesk-modsecurity-configurator

because I use Ubuntu, but then all worked fine. After resetting the whole server this was my last problem to solve, I am so happy, thanks.
