Monitoring mail queue without SSH access?

Hi,

We don't have SSH access to our box, but would like to monitor our mail queue to see when the queue is getting backed up with large amounts of email. Are there add-ons we can install on the server, be they plesk or otherwise, that will allow us to look at the queue via a web interface?
