More FTP repositories for backups

I have a backup server with several harddisks on which i divide my backups for several days i a row. That's why i fixed FTP accounts for each disk. But in Plesk i can only setup 1 FTP repository.

Is there a way to manual add cronjobs to use more FTP logins? Or maybe some other solutions for this?
