MOTD on login page, like Horde has? It's a nice feature that can be used in numerous ways. Doesn't need no fancy interface or anything, just including a MOTD textfile on the page.

The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release. -
The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

How about making one yourself ?
Those are Smarty-like template files. Just add some HTML to it .. and i guess PHP-code (like include some motd file) will work also.

Yep, ok, thanks, got it... still stands as a suggestion to future Plesk versions, anyway 
Quite by accident stumbling over the file in Horde, I just realized how powerful this simple thing really is, and thus the request/suggestion.
