• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

MS SQL restore prob

dimensions

Basic Pleskian
We are using Plesk 7.5.3 with MSSQL 2000 database.

We can create and access the database without any problem.

But whenever we try to restore the database using existing data, the database is no longer accessible and nor can we access the Enterprice Manager (mssql.domain.com) for that domain.

any idea why this is happening?

Thx in advance.

Same here, it requires a reset of the MSSQL server to be able to see it through the plesk bundled tools.

We're working on

1) how to restore .bak databases

2) finding out why it crashes when accessed remotely.

Does anyone know how to restore .BAK MSSQL databases into Plesk yet?
