MS SQL Server & Access Licensing

If I want to offer SQL Server and Access databases to my clients, what kind of a license do I have to buy from MS? I assume that each shared hosting customer that uses a database counts as a client license? I see that SQL Server is pretty expensive for the unlimited license (~$20k per CPU?) This seems like a ridiculous amount of money for my dual processor machine, but if that's what I have to spend, I guess that's what I have to spend... is there a cheaper alternative?

Also how do the Access databases work? I have a bunch of licenses for Office XP and Office 2003 professional that aren't currently being used. Do I need to install that to offer Access DB's to clients, or is there some other version I need?

Thanks

As far as I know all you need is one cpu lic for each server cpu (I don't think dual core counts for two btw). You should also be able to use MSSQL Workgroup, Standard, or Enterprise depending on your feature needs. Workgroup for example may do everything your plesk users will need and doesn't cost 20 grand.
