MS Windows Security vs. Linux Security

I am installing configuring and testing Plesk 8.3.0 on Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard edition SP2 and have a question about the Microsoft Windows Security.

For Linux there is:

Hardened Kernels that work together with:
- Security Modules: PaX/GRSECURITY OSSEC, ModSecurity, ModEvasive, DenyHosts, PSMON and unhide
- Security Signatures: APPINV, CLAMAV, GRSEC, MODSEC and OSSEC
- Spam(assassin): Razor, Payzor, DCC and SARE (signature)
- Virus: F-Prot, CLAMAV and Dr. Web
- Root: RKHunter and chkrootkit

How is this for Windows or better yet what Windows application(s) will give me the same security as I can reach on Linux? Is it actually possible to equal the Linux security?
