Issue MSSQL Server access of db users lost when updated to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.44 Update 2

My client's hosting got Plesk Obsidian 18.0.44 Update 2 a day back.
The database users lost the access to MSSQL Server instances.
Even the users with sysadmin rights are not able to perform admin activities.
If user is created through plesk or through command line utility on server, still
not able to access the db using that user.
