  • Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Multiple Domain Hosting Question

I offer my shared hosting clients multiple domains. In DirectAdmin, it supports this feature at the regular client level. In Plesk, it seems that I have to set the users up as "Clients" (i.e. Resellers) in order to enable this. That's what I've been doing. However, I noticed that when a client adds a new domain, it automatically divides up the space and bandwidth available for that domain.. for example, lets's say that the user gets 1GB of space and 10gb of bandwidth. When they add a new domain, Plesk automatically sets that domain to 500mb of space and 5gb of bandwidth.

I don't want it to do this. I want my users to be able to add their domains and have them all pull from the total pool that is available to them (so if they add, say, 5 sites, they can use whatever, as long as the total doesn't exceed 1gb/10gb).

How do I do this in Plesk?
