Multiple SSL domains for one site

Hi,

I have a website that has 3 domains pointing to it. Currently I have 2 of the sites set up as an alias. Each domain needs its own SSL certificate, and therefore its own dedicated IP. (I'm aware of multi-domain certificates, that's certainly an option but I want to look at other options first).

Is it possible to set this up in plesk 10? What's the best way?

On my old plesk 9 server, I had a similar setup, and there is a "custom.conf" file in the conf folder. Note that this is NOT a vhost.conf file - it is actually a complete <VirtualHost> block e.g.

<VirtualHost x.x.x.x:443>
...
</VirtualHost>

But I cannot work out how httpd knows it needs to use this file. Only thing I can think of is to reference it in the main /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file.

Another option that I can see, is to create all 3 domains separately, then use vhost.conf files to change the docroot of two of them.

I'm pretty sure neither of these methods is the best way. Thoughts?

I think this would be the best way, though I´m not an expert in this field.
