Hi all, i need your help again.
I installed plesk 9.5 on centos 5 and it works well. I already installed sitebuilder 4.5 too. the problem is with dns settings. i cant open sitebuilder in my browser.
in sitebuilder settings, its address looks like this: http://sitebuilder.server.mydomain.com/ServiceFacade/
but when i tried to open it in browser it wont.
when i try to add admin username and password for it, it says: Error: URL cannot be resolved: check your DNS settings. URL sitebuilder.server.mydomain.com must resolve in IP address of the server with installed SiteBuilder.
I am attaching my dns zone template and the screenshot too. Please can you help me on this. I am stuck.
my dns settings looks like this:
<domain>. NS ns.<domain>.
<domain>. A <ip>
<domain>. MX (10) mail.<domain>.
<ip> / 24 PTR <domain>.
ftp.<domain>. CNAME <domain>.
mail.<domain>. A <ip>
ns.<domain>. A <ip>
webmail.<domain>.
please help.
