My apache on Plesk doesn't read .htaccess

Hi,

Can anyone help me with this problem?

I got a server with plesk 8.3, apache 2.0, PHP 5.2, created a domain and created a .htaccess file with some configurations, but any of these configurations works.

I tried everything but nothing works.

I noted there is many of configurations files of apache into the apache folder and conf/ between /var/www/vhost/domainname.com/conf, and i look for AccessFileName .htaccess line to sse if it was comented, but it wasnt.

How can i solve this problem?
Im desperade with this. I have a apache+php5 installe on my local server (without plesk) i didn't have this problem.

The .htacess file goes in your /httpdocs folder not the /conf folder
